Payrate

$25/hr + 8% holiday pay

We are looking for someone with a knowledge of electrical, building or plumbing industries to join our team as our receptionist / administrator. Join a fast paced, close knit team who works hard and has fun whilst doing it.

Hours of work: 8am-5pm with a half hour lunch break Payrate: $25PH + holiday pay Start date: ASAP 

Responsibilities:

  • Emails and creating documents
  • Talking to customers on the phone
  • Following up on orders
  • Scanning and uploading various documents
  • Regular use of Microsoft excel and word (must have good knowledge of these programmes)

Only apply if you have the following:

  • Good verbal and written English
  • Have some knowledge of building, plumbing or electrical
  • Are a NZ citizen or permanent resident
  • Has your own car
  • Customer service experience
