After only three years in business, our team’s hardwork and tenacity over the past 3 years has been recognised with Hirestaff being named the 4th fastest growing company on the Deloitte Fast50 Index! We also took out the award for Fastest growing service business in NZ, delivering a whopping 529% growth over the first three years in business. The ranking puts us amongst widely recognised companies like Sharesies who continue to dominate the market.
The growth comes after sticking to the simple but strong strategy to expand and grow even during the covid19 pandemic. “We knew Hirestaff would do well from the outset due to our core values and focus on delivering exceptional service” says Jonny Peters, Hirestaff Director. “Whilst other businesses cut costs, held back on marketing, we continued with our expansion plan, increased advertising and invested in systems and processes.”
The journey to date
With Hirestaff starting in the living room of Jonny’s home back in 2019, the business now boasts two locations, Auckland and Wellington and has grown to 14. The focus on sectors hasn’t changed much over the threes with our continued focus on trades, construction, warehouse, manufacturing and logistics sectors.
“The sectors continue to grow and we’re continuously surprised at the demand for staff.
